Bleak House July Guide | Primrose Hill to Liberty

July’s amble from Bleak House is a summery stroll through Primrose Hill and Regents Park, ending up at the top end of Soho. The walk starts at Chalk Farm tube station and ends at Liberty of London.

This walk is a great way to see London at its summery best. Roses, crickets games and fat, green trees abound and you will see giraffes, camels and even perhaps a tiger or two along the way. The walk takes in some of Nash’s and Adam’s masterpieces as well as some of England’s greatest 20th century buildings, all set along one of London’s widest, but quietest roads. In addition, Regent Street is pedestrianised on Sundays in July which makes it the perfect month to take this walk.
