Bleak House Guide August | St James's & Westminster
Conker London is a series of 12 free London walks, one for each month of the year. These seasonal walks are designed to help you get to know your city a little better. The walks weave through the prettier, quieter and more interesting streets, far away from the busy main thoroughfares. The walks are hand drawn and come with full instructions.
August’s amble from Bleak House is a walk down one of London’s most elegant streets and through two of London’s prettiest and most lively parks. The walk starts at Green Park station and ends at Piccadilly Circus station.
This walk is great in the summer as the crowds of tourists don’t reach St James’s. It is the perfect walk for someone new to the city who hasn’t see the headline sights. As well as window shipping in some of the world’s oldest shops you will see pelicans, Big Ben and pass by two royal palaces.
Everything you need to know for the walk is in our guide which you can download by clicking the link below.
We hope you love our guides and that they will make you love London even more. Do tag us at @bleakhouse.london on Instagram to join in the adventure.
